The company consists of four generations of Wietecha Monument craftsmen. Mr. Michael C. Wietecha, after 25 years as a monument craftsman in the Detroit area, founded his own company in 1947. Now, Wietecha Monument, Co., has locations in Detroit and Southfield, Michigan, and is run by 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation Wietecha craftsmen. We still craft monuments in our shop on site.
